This product is close to our hearts. It was part of a colorectal cancer healing journey, valued for its antioxidants and immune support. To this day, my husband enjoys aged black garlic daily as a preventative measure and for overall health.
Our garlic is hand-selected from Canada (summer/fall) and Spain (winter), then slowly aged through the Maillard reaction, creating its soft texture and naturally sweet, balsamic-like taste.
