Black Garlic is loaded with amazing health benefits, it is one of the amazing food sources my husband was relying on during his colorectal cancer journey which helped him strengthen his immune system, and introduce a powerful cancer fighting antioxidant into his overall healing regiment.
Our Black Garlic comes from hand selected fresh Canadian organic garlic (during the summer/ fall months, and Argentina during the winter) which has gone through a process called the Maillard reaction. Fresh garlic was aged in special ovens which utilize low heat, and high humidity in order to obtain the unique texture, softness, distinctive colour, and a sweet dry plum taste. Use Black Garlic in salads, dips, sauces, desserts or your favourites dishes.
Simply, take one of the cloves, peel off the skin; leave the remaining cloves in the Bulb to preserve the freshness.
